Problem
Wedding planning is fragmented across spreadsheets, notes and chats. Seating, guests, music and décor never live in one place, and existing tools feel cheap and cluttered.
Idea
One elegant studio where every part of the day connects: guest list drives seating, seating drives table layout, and the whole thing feels premium enough for the occasion.
My role
Product design and build, information architecture, the visual seating editor concept, and the overall premium look and feel.

- Broke the wedding down into modules: guests, ceremony, seating, music, décor.
- Designed a drag-and-friendly seating view connected to the guest list.
- Built the visual language: soft, warm, calm, the opposite of a spreadsheet.
Key decisions
- Guest list as the single source of truth that feeds every other module.
- Prioritise the seating chart, it's the highest-stress, highest-value moment.
- Premium studio feel over feature-count; restraint is the point.
What I learned
- Emotional products need emotional design, polish is a feature here, not decoration.
- Connecting modules (guests → seating) removes far more friction than adding modules.

- Collaborative editing for couples and planners.
- Templates for common ceremony and reception formats.
Business potential
Weddings carry high willingness to pay and a clear seasonal cycle. Room for premium subscriptions, vendor partnerships, and a planner-facing tier.
